Life Speed

I was born on April 23, 1971 and the first run I have a record of took place on June 18, 1992. To this day I have run 1778 times, covering a total distance of 19043.82 km. On average, I have ran 0.956 km per day of my life.

The graph below shows the cumulative total distance covered over my lifetime, in red. The blue curve is the more interesting one: it shows the increase in the average distance per lifetime for each day of the active period (the last 34 years). For example, in 2011 my average distance per day of life was about 0.2 km (after about 2900 km), while in 2023 it crossed the line of 0.8 km per day of life (after about 15000 km).

Cannot wait to reach the average 1 km per day — that means a kilometre for each day since my baby years, childhood and adulthood up to this day. It's an elusive goal, as each and every passing day adds to my disadvantage. But I will get there!
