Writing
Writing is the process of using symbols, such as letters or characters, to communicate thoughts, ideas, and information. It is a fundamental method of recording language and preserving knowledge across generations. Developed independently in ancient civilizations such as Mesopotamia, Egypt, and China, writing encompasses a range of systems, including alphabets, syllabaries, and logographies. It enables the creation of literary, scholarly, and administrative works, and has greatly influenced cultural development and human progress.
